Why Am I required to pay a deposit?

As a small business we are reliant on customers showing up to the scheduled appointment.

At Lash N Tweezers we take our time with appointments, book in an extra amount of time to be able to have the time it takes to go through a full consultation, to make sure that we meet your desired look.

If a customer decides short notice not to show up or to cancel the appointment, we still have to pay for operating costs such as payroll, etc.


We also know that life just happens, hence you can reschedule your appointment up to 24h before your appointment, without losing your deposit.
